In the guidelines you will find a link to the online application form. Fill out the online application and upload all information and supporting materials to IFP Minnesota. If you are submitting any physical media in support of your application (e.g., a DVD) that material must be received at the IFP MN office by the deadline for application:

FRIDAY, APRIL 3, 2015 at NOON

You will not be able to upload files after noon (12:00 p.m.) CDT. At that time the system immediately stops accepting applications, even if you are working on yours. Please plan ahead to make sure your system is compatible with the application process. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.

If you are submitting your work samples as physical media (e.g. DVDs), please deliver them to:
