Introduction to Color Grading in DaVinci Resolve
Starts May 15
2 sessions: Saturday-Sunday, May 15-16, 9am-12pm
Learn how to use DaVinci Resolve’s extensive color grading tools to make your images more consistent and expressive! Over the two workshop sessions, we’ll explore primary color correction, secondary color grading, referencing scopes, and different node-based workflows. You’ll experiment with LUTs, creating looks for log footage, and color matching for consistency.
Students will need a computer (Mac or PC) with free DaVinci Resolve software installed to participate. Please bring a project to work on if you’d like!
NOTE: Participation in this online course requires that you use the free Zoom cloud-based video conferencing service. For optimal performance it is recommended that you install Zoom on your computer rather than running it from a web browser. We’ll e-mail you a course reminder and Zoom link a few days prior to the first session. Click here for a Zoom tutorial.
