Facilities Rental

FilmNorth’s state-of-the-art facilities can be rented for screenings, production meetings, casting calls, script readings, receptions, fundraising events and more! Whether you need the entire facility, or just one meeting room, we can accommodate most small to medium sized events.

Note: Information regarding the FilmNorth Cinema will be made available Summer 2025.

Current FilmNorth members may request to reserve a room for small meetings (6 or fewer attendees) during our regular business hours (M-F, 11am-5pm) free of charge.

Payment is due on the day of your rental and can be made by check or credit card. 

RENTAL RATES:
Small Classroom and Conference Rooms: $50/hr
Large Classroom (Seats up to 40): $70/hr
Full Facility: $200/hr (4 hour minimum)
Staffing Fee (for rentals after 5pm on weekdays and any time on weekends): $25/hr
