John Montague

John Montague is a dynamic screenwriter with film, television, and interactive media experience including Fox, PBS, Warner Brothers, and Academy Award-winning actors Sir Ben Kingsley and Jack Lemmon. He’s currently in pre-production on Way of the Warriors, a story he wrote of a high school hockey family and community that unites in a time of crisis to realize their dreams that’s scheduled to be filmed on-location in Northern Minnesota the winter of 2019. John is a past recipient of the NYSW Billy Wilder Award for screenwriting excellence. According to Kingsley, “Montague is a creatively brilliant yet remarkably collaborative and intuitive writer. His competence and demeanor make him a pleasure for directors, actors, and producers to work with.”
