We offer a need based full-tuition scholarship to all, including Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC)

FilmNorth is committed to providing an inclusive educational environment as well as increasing diversity in our student body and addressing historical inequities in the film industry. To ensure that any student desiring media arts education can enroll in FilmNorth classes we offer a limited number of need-based, full-tuition scholarships to those who identify as Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), people with a disability, undocumented, rural, low income, and LGBTQ2NIA+ people, women, and those embodying intersections of these identities.

Students must complete and submit a scholarship application no later than one week prior to the class they wish to attend. One scholarship spot is available for each class offered, including youth camps. Due to limited scholarship funds, only one scholarship per student, per calendar year will be awarded.
