Adobe Premiere Pro: Data Management & Project Workflow

Starts February 9

1 session:  Tuesday, February 9, 9am-12pm

Edit smarter, faster, and easier. Whether a beginner or seasoned Premiere user, you may not know all of the ways in which you can speed up your workflow, perform tasks with a single press of a keyboard key, and avoid unforeseen editing mishaps. In this workshop you’ll learn sound data management practices to help keep your projects running smoothly and safely, as well as optimal project workflows within Premiere to keep your creativity flowing into your edits!

Having Premiere installed and open on your computer during the workshop is recommended but not required.

NOTE: Participation in this online course requires that you use the free Zoom cloud-based video conferencing service. For optimal performance it is highly recommended that you install Zoom on your computer rather than running it from a web browser. A few days prior to the class start date we’ll e-mail you the link and ID code needed to access this class on Zoom. Your instructor will be provided a student roster to take attendance. Click here for a tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting and much more.

Tuition: $75 / $50 low-income

Nolan Regan Morice is an editor and director of photography based in South Minneapolis. In 2011, he cofounded Line Break, a worker owned cooperative dedicated to the storytelling of groups and individuals working for justice in their communities. Since then he’s created hundreds of videos for local, national, and international clients working to build a better world. At Line Break, Nolan splits his time equally behind the camera and the computer, from choreographing lights and cameras on set to coordinating complex post-production workflows at the office. Outside of Line Break, Nolan pushes his creative approach through improvisational audio reactive video performances in collaboration with other artists and musicians. And he eats way too many donuts.
